Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain SD-WAN Velocloud, LAN switching, Wi-Fi networks, and VPN gateways
- Handle L2/L3 incidents, troubleshooting and RCA
- Patch management and configuration hardening
- Support major incidents and follow-the-sun handovers
- Collaborate on network automation and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations
