Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a permanent accounting specialist for our client. The role suits someone who manages day-to-day accounting practices, enjoys independent responsibility, and wants to be a key part of ensuring smooth daily financial administration. The role is a recruitment for our client. There is an opportunity for flexible remote work. In your duties you will handle daily accounting, coordinate with outsourced bookkeeping and payroll, ensure materials and information flow correctly and on time, handle reconciliations, payments, invoicing related inquiries, and support HR tasks as appropriate. The position is autonomous and responsible, with responsibility for maintaining established financial processes and supporting company management, the accounting firm, payroll, and internal stakeholders. You will report to the CEO. You should have experience in financial administration, understand bookkeeping, reconciliations, and cash flows, and be able to work independently. It is valued that you are thorough, organized, proactive, and able to take initiative, with good basic IT skills and willingness to learn the systems used by the company. Proficiency in Finnish is required, and good English skills are also expected. Why us?
