Waiter

We are looking for a cheerful and customer‑oriented waiter for a slope-side restaurant for the upcoming winter season. The successful candidate will join a team where it is important to work well with people, stay organized even when it is busy, and take initiative. If restaurant work is familiar to you and customer service comes naturally, you may be the person we are seeking. In a fast-paced ski-season restaurant the most important thing is that tasks are carried out with a positive attitude when customers are plentiful. The role involves versatile customer service duties in the restaurant, including receiving and serving guests, taking orders and serving meals and drinks, handling the cash register, ensuring general cleanliness, clearing and setting tables, and other daily customer service tasks. We expect previous experience in serving or restaurant work, a proactive and independent work ethic, customer-service mindset, the ability to work under pressure and stay organized, and good teamwork. We offer a fixed-term contract for the winter season, a varied role in a busy slope-side restaurant, a friendly and hands-on work community, and the opportunity to gain experience in a broad range of restaurant duties.
