Sisu is born from your hands - we are looking for a vehicle technician for Sisu Auto's Karjaa factory! Location: Karjaa. Employment: permanent with Wellpack. In this role you will assemble key components of heavy equipment and ensure each vehicle meets its requirements. Sisu Auto is known for quality and durability. At the Karjaa factory you will work in heavy vehicle assembly tasks. Responsibilities may include: - Axle and powertrain systems installation - Engine and transmission mounting and connections - Braking and steering system installation and adjustment - Electrical and sensor system wiring and testing - Cabin, dashboard and interior outfitting - Pneumatic system installation - Quality assurance and measurements The work is in day shifts, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Start date: as soon as possible depending on agreement. What we expect from you: - Experience in vehicle assembly, heavy equipment maintenance or other technical assembly work - Careful and methodical work attitude - Tool handling - Proficiency in Finnish or Swedish - Teamwork ability - Age 18+ Desirable: - Vehicle industry training - Experience with vehicle electrics, hydraulics or pneumatics - Troubleshooting and adjustment skills - Willingness to develop into more demanding assembly tasks We offer: - Starting as soon as possible at Karjaa site - Full-time day work Mon-Fri 7:00–15:30 - Possibility of weekend work when needed - Competitive pay according to expertise, to be clarified during recruitment - Long-term employment at the Finnish vehicle industry pinnacle - Support from a professional team and a good work atmosphere You will be employed by Wellpack, established in 2013, providing high-quality personnel services.
