Electrical Lead

Lead and manage electrical project delivery on-site in Helsinki. Drive productivity through weekly/daily work plans, coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, supervise progress, maintain quality and safety standards, manage labour tracking and resources, and oversee all electrical installation activities. Lead weekly project meetings, prepare comprehensive weekly reports, sign off project documentation, and ensure issues are tracked to closure. Requirements include minimum 10 years’ experience managing large-scale electrical projects, data centre experience desirable, engineering qualification preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.
