Electrical Lead

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an **Electrical Lead** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for **designing, organising, leading, coordinating, and controlling** all aspects of Electrical project delivery — ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are consistently met. This position will be based on-site in **Helsinki, Finland.** **Reports to:** Project Director ## Requirements - Take a leading role in driving productivity through effective weekly and daily work plans. - Coordinate electrical design activities with internal teams and subcontractors. - Supervise and monitor the progress of ongoing works, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards. - Maintain high standards of **Quality** and **Safety**, ensuring all procedures are implemented and monitored effectively. - Monitor and manage labour tracking sheets and resource allocation. - Oversee and coordinate the full Electrical installation across the project. - Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals. - Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery within **scope, budget, and timeline**. - Lead and mentor project teams, including supervisors and foremen. - Work proactively with foremen to ensure **people, materials, information, and equipment** are in place to support safe and productive work. - Coordinate activities with other subcontractors operating in shared work areas to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient progress. - Review and sign off on project documentation and weekly foremen reports, ensuring all issues are tracked and closed out promptly. - Lead weekly project meetings with key stakeholders, including foremen, Safety Advisor, QA Engineer, and BIM teams. - Ensure meeting actions are recorded, assigned, and closed out before the next meeting. - Maintain accurate minutes of meetings with clear action ownership.
