Building Cleaner

We are seeking a six-month fixed-term cleaner for municipal buildings in the Saaren area. The role includes cleaning of the swimming hall and general cleaning and upkeep of municipal properties. Cleaning the swimming hall requires knowledge of hygiene standards for public swimming facilities and the applicable qualifications. Previous experience in cleaning and familiarity with swimming pool cleaning are considered an advantage. We value initiative, self-direction, and the ability to act in changing situations. A responsible, positive, and solution-oriented attitude and a practical, developmental approach are expected. A personal car is required. We offer a varied and interesting role within municipal properties. Terms follow the Municipal Sector collective agreement (KVTES) with a weekly working time of 38.25 hours. The position falls under the KVTES pay scale group 7SII70B1 and the salary is €2317.33 per month. A possible experience-based allowance may be paid according to prior relevant experience. A three-month trial period applies. The position can be filled as soon as a suitable person is found during the application period.
