Spotter

We are looking for spotters for our client Barona Rakennus Oy for locations Pyhäjoki, Utajärvi, and Kajaani. As a spotter you assist on construction sites with heavy machines (excavators, earthmoving machines, cranes, etc.) to ensure site safety. You work closely with drivers as an extra pair of eyes, coordinating and guiding loads lifts and transfers with hand signals and a radio. You also ensure that outsiders do not access the immediate vicinity of the machines and warn of potential hazards. Work starts in the autumn according to the contract and pay follows the infra-industry collective agreement. Requirements: careful and responsible work attitude; fluent Finnish; valid occupational safety card; prior experience or suitable education is a plus.
