Unit Manager

Work begins: According to agreement in the autumn Application deadline: July 23, 2026 We are looking for an experienced unit manager to lead the electrical contracting and maintenance and service business entity in Eastern Finland. In this role, you are responsible for the unit's daily operations, development and profitable growth. You lead the team, keep projects under control and ensure that high-quality service is delivered to customers. In your work, you are responsible for, among other things: - the unit's business and its development - the smooth and profitable implementation of projects - team leadership and resourcing - maintenance of customer relationships and acquisition of new customers We hope for from you: - experience in electrical contracting and project management - experience in supervisory work - ability to manage overall entities - a proactive and customer-oriented approach to work We offer you a responsible role in a growing business where you can genuinely influence the doing and the result.
