Junior Construction Worker

The employer operates in the construction industry, performing planning and implementation tasks and is known for high-quality and individualized work. They carry out a variety of building projects, including tailor-made single-family homes, leisure properties, and industrial buildings of various sizes. We are now seeking a proactive and hands-on construction worker for a fixed-term position. The right attitude and willingness to learn can lead to longer-term employment. Responsibilities are varied; projects are implemented from foundations to final finishing. You will participate in different phases of construction projects and gain broad practical experience in both frame and interior work. Most sites are located in the Turku region. The role is suitable for a construction student near finishing studies who wants to gain practical experience on site. The candidate should have prior construction site experience, but the most important is a positive work ethic, responsible attitude, and a desire to learn and grow as a construction professional. Owning a car for site mobility is required.
