We are now looking for a new colleague in Tampere or Halli for the position of Key User, HR Systems, as part of Patria’s People Services organisation and Key Users team. Job description In this role, you will help develop Patria’s global HR system, MyPeople, and related personnel processes in an international operating environment. The role is part of People Services and the expert Key Users team. You will act as an expert on the MyPeople system, particularly in the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (P&G), Employee Center (EC) and Onboarding modules. You will ensure that the system, personnel data and HR processes support Patria’s business, managers and employees smoothly and consistently across its countries of operation. In addition, you will: - Act as a key-user-level expert in the SAP SuccessFactors EC, P&G and Onboarding modules. - Support and advise system users in cooperation with HR, managers, PeopleDesk and other experts. - Investigate system questions, tickets and problems and coordinate solutions with the necessary stakeholders. - Maintain and develop procedures, guidance and documentation related to the modules. - Participate in launching new functionality, system testing and development projects. - Ensure the high-quality use of organisation, position and onboarding data and support the accuracy of personnel data. - Be responsible for planning and delivering user training and guidance materials. - Work closely with HR, IT, payroll, system providers and other Key Users. What we expect from you - Relevant educational background and experience working with HR systems. - Interest in the SAP SuccessFactors environment and a desire to deepen your expertise, particularly in the EC, P&G and Onboarding modules. - Understanding of HR processes, organisational structures, position management, onboarding and the importance of personnel data. - An analytical and solution-oriented approach and the ability to understand systems and processes as a whole. - Accuracy, initiative and a development-minded attitude. - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to advise, train and support users clearly. - Fluent Finnish and English. We also value - Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the EC, P&G and Onboarding modules. - Experience with HR-system implementations, development, testing or integrations. - Experience working in an international or multi-site organisation. - Interest in HR technology, process development and digital employee experience.
