Tow Truck Driver

We are currently seeking tow truck drivers to join our Rovanniemi team to strengthen our crew. In this role you are not just a driver – you are a lifesaver in everyday situations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns on the road, performing vehicle recoveries and transports in and around Lapland, and performing minor roadside repairs (such as jump-starts and tire changes). You will be responsible for the condition and upkeep of the tow truck. You will meet customers professionally and calmly, often in situations where they need help most. The job is responsible, autonomous, and varied, with days that may include city driving, highways, winter conditions, and long shifts across Lapland. Requirements include a B-class driver’s license and professional competence, CE license is a plus; experience in handling vehicle fleets; a calm, customer-oriented attitude; ability to work independently; willingness to shift work; prior experience in towing or transport is advantageous but the right attitude is most important.
