We are seeking a language teacher who will teach Swedish and German to students in grades 7–9 and work with other language teachers to develop instruction. The role includes planning and assessing lessons, developing teaching methods with a student‑centered approach, and supporting students’ growth. In addition, you will serve as homeroom teacher for the 9th grade and participate in school events such as organizing thematic days. We follow the ProKoulu model, emphasizing shared practices across the whole staff to guide student behavior with positive feedback. The position is at Leppäkorven koulu, a grades 1–9 school in Korso, Vantaa, with modern facilities and a collaborative staff. The school aims to be pedagogically cohesive with close cooperation among teachers. We expect commitment to development-oriented, student-centered pedagogy.
