Job Description
Enersense Engineering is looking for experienced CSA Construction Manager (Architectural) to support a major data centre construction project in Finland. The role will be responsible for managing architectural and fit-out elements of CSA works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of finishes, internal works, and building envelope packages. Main tasks and responsibilities include managing coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages, supporting site teams, leading site safety, promoting standards, planning procurement and design activities, reviewing design information, managing site operations, developing short-term plans, coordinating with CSA and MEP teams, managing subcontractor progress, participating in meetings, maintaining QA documentation, supporting change management, reviewing drawings, ensuring correct implementation, and supporting project close-out.
