Aarre Avustajat is recruiting personal assistants for its clients for important but flexible assistance work. The paid work suits people seeking full-time, part-time, occasional or gig work. You can decide how much and when you work, so the role can also be combined with another job or studies. No specific education is needed; the right attitude and reliability are the most important qualities. Aarre Avustajat provides ongoing support and guidance from your own staff contact. New assistants receive comprehensive induction through Aarre Avustajat’ own Aarre Academy before starting. Assistance or care experience or education may be useful with some clients. Personal assistance is a service in which the assistant acts as the client’s hands and feet, carrying out activities the client would do themselves but cannot manage alone because of a disability or illness. The assistant helps with everyday tasks at home and outside the home. Tasks may include shopping, going outdoors, eating or cooking, dressing, hobbies and household chores. The work does not include duties requiring a separate qualification, such as practical nurse training. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, often from morning to evening. You can influence how much and when you work and which client you support. You can meet a prospective client before the relationship begins; if something does not work as expected, you can look for a suitable alternative together. You may assist as many clients as you wish.
