Healthcare Assistant

In this role you will perform meaningful work that supports our clients’ daily lives. As a Home Care Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily allocation of home care tasks, planning, and ensuring that services are delivered smoothly and client-focused. Your duties include planning client visits, solving sudden changes and exceptional situations, and close collaboration with regional supervisors and staff to make clients’ everyday life as smooth and safe as possible. At the core of your work is ensuring that the client receives the planned care at the right time. We offer thorough orientation and support from an experienced team and supervisors even after onboarding. You will have the opportunity to develop home care operations and your own expertise as part of a supportive team. We value professionalism, development orientation, and mutual support. We look for someone who can be flexible, organized, and able to make quick decisions in changing situations. The start date is by agreement. This is a temporary position until 30 September 2027 with a trial period equal to half of the employment duration. Full-time hours, about 38 hours 15 minutes per week, generally day shifts with weekend work. A valid vaccination certificate as required by the Infectious Diseases Act is needed.
