We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a parental leave substitute. Your main task is to provide service excellence to external and internal customers. You will serve as the interface between global customers and our organization, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will communicate with production planning, operations, sales, finance, and product line managers. Your daily tasks include order processing, lead time follow-up, order confirmations, supporting our global order-delivery chain, invoicing, export documentation, communicating with accounting for payment allocation and supporting courier shipment arrangements. Responsibilities may also include sales reporting and CS development, for which the tasks will be defined separately according to your abilities.

- Bachelor level education (BBA)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
