Practical Nurse

Practical nurse role in home care in Oulu. The position offers mostly full-time work, with possible part-time options, and a two-shift schedule. You will work independently to provide comprehensive nursing care in a multi-disciplinary team, including medication administration, wound care, hygiene and nutrition support, and continuous assessment of care needs. We use technological solutions such as remote care devices and Evondos medication automation. The team is supportive and development-oriented in a meaningful work environment. Location: Oulu Kaakkuri-Puolivälinkangas area. We are recruiting two practical nurses for permanent contracts due to increasing client numbers. Employment follows the Private Social Services Sector collective agreement, pay grade G20C: €2,415.76–€2,612.33 per month. Requirements include social and health care basic or professional qualification, valid medication licenses, vaccination protection for the duration of the employment, fluent Finnish, police clearance, SOTE professional card, and a driving license.
