Seasonal Bartender

We are hiring seasonal bartenders for Lapland for the winter season on a fixed-term contract. Work at venues popular with travelers in restaurants, hotels and event spaces as part of a professional team. The assignment is contracted with Vision, but the workplace is at the client’s sites in Lapland. Responsibilities include customer service, drink preparation and serving, bar maintenance, and ensuring the guest experience is seamless from start to finish. The season in Lapland is fast-paced, and days can be busy. You will serve customers mainly in Finnish and English; other languages are welcome. Working hours follow the clients’ needs, mostly evenings and weekends, with some day shifts. The role suits someone who wants to be in Lapland for the whole season and actively work through the winter. A training in bartending and other gig opportunities can be offered if needed. Prior experience in bartending or service is an advantage. A valid alcohol license is required. Vision’s employee pledge includes MaRaVa collective agreement-based pay (13.50 €/h – 18.00 €/h, depending on experience), flexible hours, and housing can be arranged.
