- Own the outcome of each launch, define how it's measured, and set targets.
- Own the problem statement and the commercial shape behind every bet.
- Decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut.
- Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned around the roadmap.
Requirements
