Lead the full path from development to production for branching workflows used by developers and teams building on Supabase. Own the customer evidence, constraints, and success metrics. Decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and how to measure success. Align engineering, design, and leadership around the roadmap and integration across CLI, migrations, seeds, configuration, branches, and GitHub. Responsibilities

  • Talk to customers across the full spectrum and uncover the needs behind their asks to set the roadmap.
  • Make the pieces feel like one workflow across CLI, migrations, seeds, configuration, branches, and GitHub.
  • Own the outcome of each launch, define how it's measured, and set targets.
  • Own the problem statement and the commercial shape behind every bet.
  • Decide what gets built, what gets deferred, and what gets cut.
  • Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned around the roadmap.

  • 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools
