Job Summary: FHIR / Interoperability Architect Location: Remote Salary: $150K The pay range for this role is $150K Max per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra offers medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance, and paid time off. Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of FHIR R4 data standards and ensuring interoperability across Epic, REDCap, OnBase, HIMS, and other systems. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT with 15+ years of experience in technical architecture; certifications in FHIR or interoperability are a plus. Job Details

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of FHIR R4 standards for data mapping and integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure interoperability between Epic, REDCap, OnBase, HIMS, and other systems
Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation and integration workflows
Provide guidance to development teams during implementation phases
Stay updated with latest trends in FHIR standards and interoperability
