Interested in working as a family day-care teacher, but not sure where to start? Do you want to help deliver high-quality early childhood education in small groups where every child gets the attention and support they deserve? We are expanding our Kultapalat family day-care team in Espoo and are looking for kind, reliable caregivers who open their homes to children. Our family day-care groups host up to four children, enabling many activities and day-to-day opportunities planned by you. We provide the framework, but you keep the freedom to shape the work. The job offers a monthly income of about €3000 per month when you have four children and seven weeks of vacation per year. The work is done as a franchising entrepreneur within the Kultapalat chain. You don’t need to know anything about business yet; we’ve prepared everything for you and you bring a passion for early childhood education and good rapport with adults. Requirements include daycare experience, suitable training (early childhood education qualification, assistant nurse, social services student, or early childhood teacher) or willingness to study while working, a safe and clean home, clean criminal record and credit history, desire to modernize early childhood education, good communication skills, and cooking ability.
