We are seeking a Project Manager for new construction in Helsinki. In this role you will be responsible for managing new residential construction projects from project planning through to handover and commissioning. You will represent the client in the construction project and oversee schedules, costs, quality and risk management. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and with designers, contractors and authorities and actively contribute to the development of solutions, implementation models and operating models. Projects vary from around 50-apartment residential blocks to multi-hundred-apartment districts (budget ranges approximately 8–70 million euros). We build around 1,000 new homes annually and invest about 150 million euros per year. Projects are located mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area and key growth centers (e.g. Tampere region, Turku region, Jyväskylä, Oulu). We work on both rental and owner-occupied housing. You would be a good fit if you have a relevant construction/real estate education (DI/RI) and are proactive, self-driven and responsible, with prior experience as a project manager in new construction; experience with larger district-scale or more demanding construction projects is an advantage.
