We serve 60–80 customers at lunch and also prepare delicious café products. You will work as part of a team of two professionals. As Food Service Supervisor, your main responsibility is the kitchen operations at the site. You will supervise your colleague and be responsible for food preparation, placing orders, invoicing and self-monitoring. You value ingredients and manage waste responsibly. You will provide customer service and communicate with customers in a positive manner. Make the team greater than the sum of its parts Bring your own personality to everyday life in a small unit. You should have a genuine interest in tasty food. We expect you to have education and work experience in kitchen work. You are flexible in your duties, willing to take on all kinds of kitchen tasks and not put off by busy working days. You will not be left on your own; your supervisor will always support you.
