Education and Development Services Specialist

We are seeking an expert for Lapland University’s Training and Development Services unit to a fixed-term position from 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Apr 2027. The Training and Development Services unit is an expert organization in continuous learning and development activities. Our operations are based on education and development activities responding to societal changes and customer needs. We bring proactive and research-based knowledge to practically support customers’ capacity development. Your tasks include: supporting companies in developing sales and marketing capabilities; developing and describing collaboration models between municipalities and companies; planning and implementing training events and development workshops; active stakeholder collaboration; tasks related to ESR+ project management.
