We are seeking an expert for Lapland University’s Training and Development Services unit to a fixed-term position from 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Apr 2027. The Training and Development Services unit is an expert organization in continuous learning and development activities. Your tasks include: supporting companies in developing sales and marketing capabilities; developing and describing collaboration models between municipalities and companies; planning and implementing training events and development workshops; active stakeholder collaboration; tasks related to ESR+ project management.
