Country HR Leader

The Country HR Business Partner / HR Lead is the senior HR leader accountable for shaping and executing the people strategy within the assigned country. The role partners closely with country leadership, market leadership, delivery center leadership, Global HR Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence to translate business priorities into practical, compliant, and measurable people outcomes. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring workforce strategies support business objectives, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and sustainable growth. Where applicable, the role also leads and develops local HR resources, ensuring seamless delivery of HR support across the country and delivery centres.
