Hydropower Design Engineer

The role involves leading design teams in hydropower projects, designing technical solutions, scheduling, guiding designers, ensuring compliance with laws and standards, managing project risks, and collaborating with stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in electrical engineering, experience with hydropower plant systems, design tools like Eplan and AutoCAD, project management skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to travel mainly within Finland, Sweden, and Norway. The work is flexible, with a hybrid model, and the official office can be in Vaasa, Tampere, Seinäjoki, Paimio, or Rovaniemi.
