In 2025 our turnover was 6.4 million euros and our Siilinjärvi site employs over 45 industry professionals. We deliver steel structures for domestic and export markets. We are now seeking a foreman to strengthen our team. The role offers broad opportunities in design, bidding, and production supervision. The position involves comprehensive project management. You can develop from design to full project responsibility. Tasks are primarily performed at the employer’s premises. Your duties include bidding and material procurement; you are responsible for schedules and site collaboration; you independently lead diverse projects from design to implementation; you ensure safe and quality project execution; you act as a key partner for customers, production and other site management. You should have engineering training suitable to the field (AMK), for example mechanical engineering; good Finnish and English skills; at least 3 years of prior experience in the field; solution-oriented and proactive work approach; ability to lead projects safely, with quality and economically; basic MS Office skills; SolidWorks is an advantage; IWS/IWE training is an advantage.
