Job Details

Responsibilities

Translate product design requirements into manufacturable solutions and align with DFM with R&D teams
Design and maintain global QA/testing strategies for post-order execution across products, solutions, and services
Define test plans, acceptance standards, and validation criteria aligned to global quality policies
Embed quality controls at critical milestones beyond final delivery
Execute audits, risk reviews, readiness assessments, and controlled testing
Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions with operations, engineering, and services teams
Enable global deployment of new offers/tools by validating readiness and quality robustness

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related technical discipline
8–12 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, testing, execution governance, or operational excellence in complex, global environments
Experience in large engineered solutions, capital projects, or services delivery; data centers or critical power infra preferred
Formal quality or Continuous Improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO frameworks)
