Property maintenance worker with machine operation

Pimara Kunnossapito Oy is expanding and seeks experienced property maintenance workers with machine operation skills for property and street area maintenance in the Pirkanmaa region, in a permanent employment. We expect: experience in property maintenance; machine operation ability (e.g., wheel loader, tractor); professional qualification in property maintenance or equivalent is an advantage; good Finnish language skills; valid Occupational Safety Card and Road Safety 1 card (or willingness to obtain them); B driving license is mandatory, C license is a plus; initiative, cooperation, and flexibility.
