What is the job about? There are nearly a million small houses in Finland whose building technology is reaching the end of its lifespan. As a customer acquisition specialist, you have an important task to be the customer's first contact and help them get started with electrical, sewage, or plumbing renovations. Your work ensures that the houses' lifespan is extended and residents don't have to worry about pipe bursts in the kitchen or whether the house heats up properly. In practice, you discuss the timing of the renovation over the phone and book appointments for small house owners across Finland, where our sales representatives arrive on-site to agree on the details and implementation of the renovation with the customer. At Renoa, you can utilize your previous expertise – we require at least two years of recent, successful experience in telephone sales or customer acquisition. In your work, you always focus on the current renovation for the customer's house, so you don't need to offer all services at once, but can proceed customer by customer efficiently and purposefully. Monday to Friday 9 AM – 4 PM. What is Renoa?
