About the role

About the Role: The DDQ Analyst plays an important role in supporting AlphaSense’s global sales process by helping respond to client Due Diligence Questionnaires accurately, consistently, and on time. This role sits at the intersection of Compliance, Sales, ITSecurity, Cyber, and Risk, giving the analyst strong exposure to how a global SaaS company supports enterprise customers, protects data, and manages compliance requirements. This is a high-volume, process-driven role suited to someone who enjoys structure, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced business environment. The analyst will use approved response content, documented procedures, and AI-assisted tools to move DDQs through the workflow efficiently, while also learning how to identify questions that require input from subject matter experts. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build experience in compliance operations, client due diligence, information security, privacy, and risk management within a global technology company. What You’ll Do: - Support AlphaSense’s global sales process by helping complete client Due Diligence Questionnaires accurately, consistently, and within agreed turnaround times. - Review incoming DDQs, understand the nature of the request, and process them by following established standard operating procedures, templates, and the approved internal knowledge base. - Retrieve and apply pre-approved, standardised answers to client questionnaires, ensuring each response is accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved company positions. - Use AI-assisted tooling to help draft, match, and assemble questionnaire responses, while carefully reviewing all AI-generated output for accuracy before it is finalised. - Identify questions that fall outside the SOP or do not have an approved answer in the knowledge base, and escalate them promptly and clearly to the appropriate subject matter expert rather than improvising a response. - Work cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance, Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales to help move client requests forward and support deal timelines. - Protect confidential client and company information at all times, handling sensitive security, compliance, and commercial data in line with confidentiality and data-handling policies. - Maintain accurate trackers, records, and DDQ pipeline updates to ensure requests are monitored, prioritised, and completed within defined turnaround times. - Help maintain the “Source of Truth” repository of standardised answers by flagging outdated content and adding newly approved responses under the guidance of senior team members. - Manage access requests for the AlphaSense Trust Library by following the documented process, enabling clients to self-serve standard security and compliance documentation. - Develop practical experience in compliance operations, client due diligence, AI-assisted workflows, information security, privacy, and risk management within a global SaaS environment. Who You Are: - Detail-oriented and comfortable handling structured, high-volume work accurately and consistently over time. This is a process-driven role where repeatability, quality, and consistency are key to success. - 0 to 2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, customer support, compliance operations, or similar process-based role is helpful, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Exposure to compliance, privacy, information security, client due diligence, or DDQs is a plus, but not required. Relevant certifications, coursework, or internships will also be viewed positively. - Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility when handling confidential and sensitive client, security, compliance, and commercial information. - Good judgment and self-awareness around the limits of the role, including knowing when a question can be answered using approved sources and when it should be escalated to a subject matter expert. - Comfortable working with software, internal knowledge bases, workflow tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new platforms as part of day-to-day work. - Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to follow templates closely and produce clear, professional, error-free responses. - Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests, track deadlines, and stay composed while handling a steady volume of work.
