MTU Engine Technician

Rotator Oy is a family-owned company established in 1954 that specializes in importing machines and after-sales service. We are hiring five MTU engine technicians for the Terrafame mine in Sotkamo to join a team of about 15 people. Responsibilities include servicing and repairing MTU diesel engines, fault finding, repairs and component replacements, using engine-specific diagnostic devices and remote reading software for support, performing scheduled maintenance on heavy earth-moving equipment, installing and replacing various components, and identifying causes of faults with professional workmanship. The role operates in 12-hour shifts: two morning shifts, two night shifts, and six days off, with start date to be agreed and interviews during the application period. We value competence and the right attitude: proactive, problem-solving, and getting the customer's machine back to work. We want candidates who are either experienced with heavy equipment diesel engines or at the beginning of their careers, with the right motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team, strong safety mindset, and a willingness to learn. A-B driving license is required.
