Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work with the Restaurant Manager at Hesburger Prisma Heinola, part of Osuuskauppa Hämeenmaa. The position is permanent and full-time (112.5 hours every 3 weeks). Prior experience and strong leadership in Hesburger supervisory roles are required. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will share operational duties with the Restaurant Manager, drive revenue targets, and look after staff welfare. You will be an approachable supervisor who understands restaurant KPIs. The new Hesburger is bright, comfortable and a convenient stop with over 100 seats. You will ensure that Hämeenmaa and Hesburger customer promises regarding quality, service and cleanliness are fulfilled. You will also be responsible for recruiting and developing staff. You will play a key role in the autumn recruitment drive for a new outlet (about 20–25 employees and other responsible people). Shifts cover all opening hours; Hesburger follows Prisma Heinola’s opening times. The job offers unusually good benefits, including discounts on S-group products and services. Your salary will be determined by the esihenkilöiden työehtosopimus and includes a role-specific responsibility allowance based on competence and experience.
