- Support the day-to-day delivery of creative and marketing communication projects
- Help plan and coordinate campaigns, social media projects, content and video production, branding, brand experience & events
- Work hands-on across campaign planning and delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving
- Support resourcing, invoicing, and project profitability
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Keep track of deadlines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple projects
- Contribute to a positive, structured, and efficient way of working in a fast-moving agency environment
Requirements
- Agency background and understanding of how creative agency work runs
- Experience in project management, account coordination, or another operational delivery role
- Hands-on experience with social media and understanding of social campaigns
- Experience in video production, content production, influencer cooperation, integrated campaigns
- Brand experience and event production experience is a strong plus
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to stay calm and keep the bigger picture when priorities change
- Proactive, collaborative team player
- Finnish and English language skills are required
