Property Maintenance and Cleaning Team Supervisor

We are seeking a supervisor for our customer company's property maintenance and cleaning team. We are looking for a responsible and well-organised person with a background in either cleaning or property maintenance and the ability to lead people and daily operations. What does the work involve? - Coordinating the daily operations of the property maintenance and cleaning team - Organising tasks and ensuring work runs smoothly - Guiding and supporting team members - Monitoring work quality and agreed practices - Resolving practical situations and developing operations - Communicating with various stakeholders in Finnish and English What do we expect from you? - A background in either cleaning or property maintenance - Supervisory or work-management experience, or readiness to take responsibility for the team's operations - Strong organisational and interpersonal skills - An initiative-taking and solution-focused approach - Fluent English; English is mandatory for this role - Finnish language skills What do we offer?
