Sales Assistant

We are looking for a cheerful and energetic Sales Assistant for our Normal store. We are offering a permanent contract for now. The work includes morning, evening and mid-shift hours. Your role as a Sales Assistant: you play an important role in the store and in creating an exciting shopping experience for customers. You will work with our exciting products, and it is important that we can always present a well-maintained and tidy store to our customers. In addition, friendly and pleasant customer service and routine tasks are part of daily life. NORMAL stores are exciting places full of interesting products and customers. Responsibilities: - Put customers first so they feel welcome and return - Ensure the store is of high standard with clean and attractive displays - Customer service and shelving - Opening and closing the store - Serving at the till. What we expect from you: - Experience in retail and a busy work environment - You are interested in store operations, you have a sales mindset and the customer is always the priority - You work independently and efficiently - Customer service in Finnish (B1) is essential, English/Swedish skills are appreciated - You are fearless and have an eye for details to build great displays - You are a team player and help create a good atmosphere - You serve customers in Finnish (B1); other language skills are welcome.
