Group Exercise Instructor

SATS has the largest offering of group training in the Nordics and we are always looking for more inspiring group trainers. As an employee at SATS, you make a difference. The recruitment event takes place in Oslo on September 5-6, 2026. No prior education or experience as an instructor is required; SATS supports you through training and your career. The training includes a basic education in training science, anatomy, and physiology, which can be taken online via Improve Education. After being accepted as a SATS Trainee, you will receive a link from Improve Education to register, pay, and start the theory. The education through SATS Academy is free for all instructors, requiring 100% attendance and approved completion of each course. The first step is GXI Introduction in Oslo on September 17. Further courses include GXI Foundation, GXI Cardio Foundation, GXI Cycling Foundation, GXI Indoor Running Foundation, GXI Pilates Foundation, GXI Strength Foundation, and GXI Yoga Foundation, with dates in September and October. Based on your chosen education path, you can complete product-specific courses through SATS Academy for the classes you want to teach.
