Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team focused on the diverse and dynamic NAM market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the vacation rental or hospitality tech industry, and demonstrable experience leading multilingual, remote sales teams. As the NAM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing a team of Account Executives, and refining our sales strategy to capture market share across the region. This is a fully remote position, and you will be a key leader in our global sales organization. Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing remote team, setting sales targets and KPIs, developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, refining sales processes, collaborating with other teams, serving as an industry expert, and delivering forecasts and reports. Requirements include 5+ years in sales, 2-3 years in management, deep regional market knowledge, success in managing remote teams, proficiency with sales tools, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proactive attitude, and industry experience in vacation rental or PropTech.
