Online Store Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Swedish-speaking customer service representative for a permanent position with our client, an international Finnish company selling high-quality eyeglass and sunglasses. The role focuses on addressing customer inquiries primarily via email, with some chat support. The work schedule is weekdays 8:00–16:00 with flexible hours, and about once per week a chat shift from 16:00–22:00. The role is largely remote with a 37.5-hour work week. Start date available immediately or by agreement. Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions via email and chat, delivering excellent service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Prior experience and/or education in the field are advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive onboarding is provided.
