Enablement Operations Specialist - 100% Remote - Europe - Hostaway - Remote - Global

We're looking for a highly organised, systems-minded Enablement Operations Specialist to support the operational success of Hostaway's Global Enablement organisation. This role involves building and maintaining the operational foundation that allows enablement programs to scale efficiently across the business. The specialist will own the day-to-day administration of enablement systems, documentation, workflows, learning operations, project coordination, and knowledge management, partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. Responsibilities include managing enablement programs, optimizing enablement technology, designing workflows, supporting cross-functional initiatives, governing the knowledge base, developing dashboards, and implementing operational improvements. The role requires 2–5+ years of experience in enablement or related operational roles within SaaS or B2B organizations, supporting learning programs, and documenting workflows. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, with fluency in English and proficiency in French or Spanish being advantageous.
