In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll combine broad engineering capability with hands-on delivery, moving fast from idea to working prototypes to production-ready value. This role is about creative engineering, co-creation with users, and shaping how enterprises adopt AI in practice. You will also be part of Norrin’s AI Guild, a community where knowledge is shared, skills are developed together, and people actively support each other’s growth.
