We are seeking a skilled and independent demolition worker to join our team. The role focuses on demolitions of buildings and structures, as well as cutting and drilling concrete and stone. The work is performed at varied construction sites. Responsibilities include demolitions, cutting concrete and stone, diamond drilling and sawing, chiseling and other demolition tasks, handling rock work and construction material, operating various demolition and cutting equipment, and maintaining site cleanliness and safety in accordance with site guidelines and safety regulations. We value an independent work approach, initiative, and the ability to think for oneself. The ideal candidate does not require constant supervision, understands what needs to be done, can resolve practical situations, and ensures quality workmanship. Mere presence on site is not enough – we expect genuine motivation to perform the work and deliver good results. Requirements include prior experience with demolition, construction, or concrete/stone cutting and drilling, ability to work independently, good work attitude, thoroughness and responsibility, willingness to perform physically demanding work, understanding and following safety regulations. A B-driver’s license is considered an advantage, as is prior experience in diamond drilling or sawing or other specialized demolition tasks. Knowledge and qualification in asbestos demolition is regarded as advantageous, and training can be provided as needed.
