Earthworks Worker

We are seeking skilled earthworks workers for a fibre cable project on sites in Tampere. The job involves working closely as a excavator operator and a shoveler, so it is important to understand the overall earthmoving process and its phases. You will participate in preparing cable routes and fibre cabling in a residential area. Workdays are varied and challenging. It is crucial to have good knowledge of safety rules and reading drawings to ensure quality. The client offers opportunities to develop skills and progress in your career. Requirements include at least one season of experience in earthworks, laser operation skills are a plus. Finnish language proficiency is required for reporting and documentation. Flexibility to work 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, with possible overtime and weekend work. Mobility to sites around the PK-Region and possibly wider Uusimaa area; driving license is an advantage.
