EHS Lead

EHS Lead position with responsibilities including planning and coordinating EHS activities on data center, electrical substation, and energy transmission grid projects. Responsibilities include safety culture development on sites, trainings and safety observations, risk assessments, coordination of safety plans and methods, oversight of contractors and subcontractors EHS activities, safety rounds and audits, EHS reporting, and continuous improvement with clients and project teams. The role is a visible part of the project organization and field operations. The role is based primarily in the Pyhäjoki area with travel to project sites.
