- Plan and coordinate EHS activities across datacenter, substation, and energy transmission projects
- Develop and maintain safety culture on sites
- Ensure EHS requirements are met across projects
- Coordinate safety rounds, audits, and incident handling
- Report EHS metrics and collaborate with clients and contractors
Requirements
- Experience in EHS/HSE roles in construction, industrial, or energy projects
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for safety
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent Finnish and English
