We are looking for a Area Manager to join our Ontario, Canada Team! What You''ll Do Lead, support, and develop a team of roughly 4-6 sales representatives to achieve targeted total sales, gross profit, technical, equipment & service programs. Partner with your team to deliver on district sales goals and budget commitments. Coach and mentor others by providing clear guidance and constructive feedback to strengthen commercial, technical, and business capabilities. Foster consistency by ensuring alignment with systems, policies, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs, continuously strengthen business processes and drive value at customers and prospects Implement and support performance planning and development conversations. Collaborate closely with key customers, large/local accounts, and Key Account Managers, with clearly defined plans and shared accountability for execution. Serve as a trusted technical and commercial partner to customer QA, operations, and food safety teams. This is a remote position based from a home office, requiring travel up to 50% of the time. Required Technical Expertise (Mandatory) This role requires hands-on, practical experience within all market segments of F&B including, dairy, brewing, beverage, processed foods, pharma and intervention applications in beef, pork and/or poultry processing. In addition to knowledge of Cleaning & Sanitizing (C&S), Water Treatment, and Food Safety, qualified candidates must have real-world experience with chemistry applications, food safety & microbiology, and equipment dosing applications and installations Excellent working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce), Workday, Tableau (data mining software), Microsoft Office 365 Platform and AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT What You''ll Bring A university or college degree and experience selling in a B2B environment (specialty chemical sales preferred), with 2–3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team. The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,160.00 and 112,210.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
