Marketing Intern – Come build the next B2B success story

Bysantti Oy is looking for an enthusiastic and creative marketing intern to help build next-generation B2B marketing! This is not an internship where you just randomly update the company's social media, but you will get to build marketing that has a direct impact on the company's business, visibility, and sales. You will get to market a completely new service concept that helps construction companies increase their sales and acquire new customers. You don't need to know the construction industry from before – we teach the service, you bring the creativity! As a marketing intern, you will plan, film, edit and publish content that appeals to corporate decision-makers multi-channel (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email marketing, websites and blog). In addition, at Bysantti, marketing and sales go hand in hand: if you wish, you can get to know the entire customer journey and participate in, for example, contacting corporate decision-makers, customer meetings or face-to-face campaigns. Who the task is suitable for: - Interest in social media and a desire to learn new things - Creativity and courage to try new content ideas - Understanding that good marketing supports sales - Previous experience in video filming, editing or running your own social media channels is considered an advantage - Plus for mastery of useful tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or ChatGPT and other AI tools) - Ideally suited for students of business administration, marketing, communication or media - attitude decides!
