We are looking for personal assistants in Vantaa to support clients in the scope of disability services. Personal assistance is home-based or outside home assistance for tasks the person is unable to perform due to illness or disability. Assistance can include helping with hobbies or studying, household chores, or enabling leisure activities. Sometimes the most important role of a personal assistant is to be a conversation partner and companion. The aim is to support living at home as long as possible and enable active and meaningful daily life in accordance with the client’s autonomy. The job offers variability and spontaneity; shifts can be arranged with the client. You work independently and follow agreed practices. An open attitude and your own personality go a long way. The job suits students and retirees as a part-time option due to its flexible hours. We do not require formal training or prior experience, but these are counted as advantages.
