The city of Vantaa is seeking a motivated professional to join Y.E.S. Daycare as a Early Childhood Social Worker (Varhaiskasvatuksen sosionomi). The role is part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating pedagogical activities in collaboration with other professionals. You will contribute to family-centred upbringing in a cooperative environment and help strengthen community and inclusion. The position is based at Y.E.S. Daycare, a bilingual (English and Finnish) facility located on Hagelstamintie in Vantaa. The daycare hosts 8 groups, including 2 pre-school groups, and the social worker duties focus on the 3–5 year age group this season.
